We are doing a series of 6 Queer-led Queer centric online community workshops all around the theme of Queer visibility, joy, community, empowerment and creativity all hosted by 6 different Queer facilitators who are uniquely trained and experienced in their fields.

About the event
Each Workshop will be hosted in a non formal friendly and safe queer online zoom every Sunday for 6 weeks beggining on the 9th November you can book an individual one for £5 per session or all 6 of them for £20. Each workshop is expalined in more detail below:

How to Create a Dysphoria Toolbox with Keith (he/they)
In this trans-led workshop, we will explore how to create a toolbox that can help you feel better when dysphoria strikes. Whilst this session focuses on dysphoria and centres trans/nonbinary people, respectful cis allies are welcome, as the box can be adapted for low mood and anxiety. Parents and guardians of trans/nonbinary youth may also find the toolbox concept helpful for their children.
