About the event

This e-book contains seven gentle practices to help you connect with your body and imagination and realign.  

Each practice is based around a theme and comes with some creative prompts - you can use this as a guide to do reflective journalling from or make artwork from. It can be used as a tool for self-discovery and to learn some new breathing techniques and visualisations.
