Queer Constellations with Moon (they/them)

A gentle, meditative movement practice that weaves astrology, somatic awareness, and queer wisdom. Together, we’ll move slowly, attuning to the cycles of the moon and stars while exploring spaciousness in our bodies. This is an invitation to rest, soften, and connect—with yourself, the cosmos, and a community of fellow seekers. No movement experience needed, just an open heart and curiosity.

Bio:

I’m Moon (they/them), a queer, neurodiverse creative with over 10 years of personal movement practice and 3 years of teaching experience as a qualified yoga teacher. I’m also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and currently work in social housing, where my approach is rooted in trauma-informed care. For me, movement isn’t about doing things perfectly—it’s about letting go, surrendering, and finding freedom in the body.
