SOMATI-QUEER: Living and Moving our Queer Bodies with Zanni (they/them)

A movement workshop to connect with our bodies and our physical selves, gently and creatively. 

In this session we will explore our bodies through movement, following guided improvisations that will direct our attention to our breath and to the materiality of our body. We will mobilise our skin, bones, muscles, organs, finding our own movement, in whatever way that may manifest for each of us. 

With an approach based on queering movement and bodies (letting go of societal structures and expectations that are placed on our bodies), there will be no right or wrong, no image to replicate and no aesthetic to be compared to… just a chance to be, breathe, move, while bringing all of ourselves into the space. And reclaiming the power of bodies, all bodies and especially our beautifully unruly queer ones!
