Sleepy Sunday Workshop Hosted by: Rosie (she/they)
What can I expect from this workshop?
For Sleepy Sunday we share a couple of restorative yoga poses, some yogic breathing exercises to soothe and rebalance the body, and mindful self-massage to enter a deep state of relaxation. The intention is for you to allow your body to enter a state of deep rest so that you can replenish for the week ahead.

What do I need to bring?
Ideally you will have a yoga mat (or equivalent sized rug or blanket) on the floor so that you have space and support for the yoga poses. If you have any massage oil that is great to bring; you can also use coconut oil, body moisturiser or even olive oil. If you don’t like putting anything on your skin you are welcome to use no oil and experience the same benefits in a different way. You are welcome to have to hand any props that make you comfortable such as cushions, blankets, yoga blocks. You are also welcome to have your own music playlist on in the background if it helps you to relax.
Who is this workshop for?
Anybody who wants to learn how to enter the true restful, receptive state through their body. There is no need to have experience of yoga, just a willingness and curiosity to engage with how your body wants to be stretched and moved. Alternative poses will be offered and you’re always invited

Reclaim your Womb-space Workshop Hosted by: Nyssa (she/her)

What can I expect from this workshop?
This workshop is designed to encourage connection with your body and your most authentic self. It will comprise a short seminar of educational content regarding the nature of the Wombspace which resides within all humans; how such a concept can - and does - relate to the physical womb and its associated symptomatologies; and how we can encourage connection, understanding, and appreciation for this core part of each of us which is so often unnecessarily gendered. This will be augmented with specialised, guided meditations, crafted specifically to help you release tension and trauma, connect deeply to the wisdom of your own Wombspace, and begin to develop a dialogue with your higher, creative self.
What do I need to bring, if anything?
Just your beautiful self is all you’ll really need! For optimal comfort and cosiness, I highly recommend creating/having access to a place you can be comfortable for a protracted period of time while we meditate (e.g. yoga mat, cushions, blankets - wherever you like to nest!), bringing an eye mask if you find light distracting, and headphones you can plug in to help you focus on the guided meditation. But that’s all just set-dressing - just you is more than enough.
Who is this workshop for?
Literally anyone! If you’re of the human variety, you’re precisely who this workshop was intended for. Being slightly more specific, folks who have known some level of issue with their period, or disconnection or discomfort in the pelvis will benefit hugely; as will anyone who has been experiencing creative stagnation, an inability to express themselves, or a lack of inspiration.
