Massage: Available in the morning (additional cost - £15 for 30 mins.) Rosie has run queer and trans specific massage clinics and is experienced working with chronic pain and people who are anxious or new to massage. Email queerclinic@gmail.com to enquire
Yoga with the Yoga Smiths, 1-2pm: Yogasmiths is owned and run by husbands Paul & Stephen Smith teaching Yoga and mindfulness classes in West Kirby and Hoylake. They teach yoga in an accessible, friendly and inclusive style whilst focussing both on strength building and flexibility. They will be teaching a Yoga class suitable for all abilities including people who have never tried yoga before and the session will include mindfulness, a breathing exercise, yoga postures and a short guided relaxation to finish.
Zine-making with Lav-Fox and Felix, 2.30-4pm: a chance to be creative, chat, have a cup of tea. The focus will be creativity but with a holistic focused…
