Political Zine-Making workshop with Dominique Duong (she/her)

Learn the basics of zine-making with comic artist and illustrator, Dominique Duong! Spend the hour making a zine around a political issue that matters to you, and whose importance you wish to highlight.

To make your zine you will need drawing materials (e.g. pens, pencils, paper) and collage/magazine/newspaper materials, scissors, pritt sticks, etc. if you have them available. 

Dominique Duong is an illustrator and comic artist who creates queer fantasy, horror, autobio and romance comics. She’s worked in a wide range of fields, including editorial and book illustration, concept art, mobile games and comics. At the core of her work, she is most interested in creating stories about damaged people and the dysfunction, solace and complexity of their relationships with each other.
